MASTER BEDROOM: Rear large lighted storage areas, full size bed with NEW Memory-foam mattress, night stands, cloudy-sky ceiling decor, privacy door. SPLIT BATH: great large custom shower, vanity, NEW turbo-flush toilet! New POWER INVERTER included but not installed. 1yo RV 12v deep-cycle house battery. 3yo 12v chassis twin commercial 8D batteries. NOTE: Generator has a vented compartment, but is too old and must be replaced.
CHASSIS: 40′ Anodized aluminum and stainless steel body, tubular steel frames. Professional body conversion. Air System: suspension and brakes with alcohol dryer, strong mechanical pump 120psi. Power steering, original 24v chassis PLUS 24-12v converter operating additional exterior lighting: clearance, markers, turns, side flood, blind-spot turning floods! BASEMENT BAYS: 3 lighted: 1 utility, 2 large storage. DRIVE: Detroit 8V71 diesel rear engine-Natural, simple 2 stroke, smooth running, about 90k miles since in-frame rebuild, NO engine computer controls to foul up!!! Injector selection for fuel economy, can be switched out for more power but less economy. Avg 12 MPG!!! depends on who’s driving and terrain, have always logged 9-14 MPG, Oil bath filter, 125 gal. fuel tank, 4 speed manual transmission w/electric reverse, GVW: 24,500 lbs. New hub odometer; last reading 128,000 these commercial rigs can easily do millions of miles. NOT just another RV, this is a solid well built COMMERCIAL RIG classified as an RV, no CDL needed but helpful. TIRES: 70% rear, 80% front, 50% spare. Interior is nicely finished. Bus could use minor misc mechanical service to air system; engine runs smooth ready to get back on the road! Side Awning 8×10 frames out great, but canvas needs replacement or reset.
